In order to book with ÖN Apartments please log in to the website. The confirmation is in real time and immediate. The payment should be made by credit card or bank transfer within 24hours after the booking confirmation. Cancellation Policy
If the booking is canceled within 15 days prior to the arrival, there will be no charge. After that date, the full price of the stay will be charged. In case of no show or cancellation after the 15 days prior, the full price of the stay will be charged.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is from 3pm on. If you arrive earlier, please let us know so we can check for the possibility of an early-check-in. Check-out is until moon. Check-out after this time is subject to availability / additional cost.
Group Bookings
ÖN Apartments reserve the right to request a deposit in cash the moment the keys are turned in to the guests. The deposit is returned at check-out after our team checks for the state of the apartment.
House Rules
The maximum guests allowed is the one listed on the booking.
It’s strictly forbidden to host parties or events of any kind.
It’s strictly forbidden to smoke. In case of non-compliance, a fine can be applied.
After 10pm it’s forbidden to make excessive noise under the penalty of police intervention and immediate eviction.
